What is a doula?
A doula is a trained caregiver that guides birthing individuals & their families, physically, emotionally & informatively during pregnancy, birth & postpartum. We strive to honor our clients' unique vision for their birth experience, guiding them to access their own innate wisdom & infinite inner strength. Doulas embody the art of companioning, a timeless tradition that has nurtured families through childbirth for generations.
“A doula is someone who is there to support you regardless of what road you take. You tell me where you want to go & I’ll help you find your way.”
All the beautiful variations of birth are supported here.

Alongside supporting families, I will also mentor new doulas through my Doula Mentorship Program. It’s a way of extending what I’ve learned in 25 years of healthcare & birthwork to the next generation of doulas. If you’re curious about stepping into this work yourself, you can learn more here.
